About Little Stars Musical Theatre.
Little Stars Musical Theatre is a non-profit organisation that delivers Musical Theatre, Dance and Singing classes to children and young adults. We aim to bring the community together by encouraging children and young adults to come together to create and learn about Performing Arts.
Home to 159 Stage Academy.
159 Stage Academy is where our older students get promoted to. Once a students reaches 10 years of age they become a 159 Stage Academy Student.

Community
'Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much.'
We think it's important to have a sense of community as it embraces spirit, character, image and pride and is a vital element of a positive dance school. It is a feeling that people within the community matter to one another which brings a sense of togetherness. Performing Arts gives people the opportunity to share a subject they’re passionate about. This helps to spread confidence and encouragement to create new things that they can share with others.
Industry

We understand the majority of our students come to our school to develop confidence, make new friends and to have fun. However some may wish to pursue a career in the industry and we want to help all students follow their dreams. That is why we are dedicated to get our performers out there experiencing auditions and the world of working in the performing arts sector. We believe Performing Arts should be accessible and affordable to all.
Results

We have a 100% pass rate at our academy and we are so proud of our students dedication, determination and passion.
We always get amazing results in our Dance and Theatre Exams, our school came 3rd in U.K for top results, we are a member of the Associated Board of Dance.
Our singing students are also very successful with their exam results; over 80% getting the highest score possible. Our musical theatre singing exams are with the London College of Music and our pop exams are taken with Rock School.
We have also been very successful with our Competition Troupe achieving 1st and 2nd places at our most recent competition.
Experience

We believe experience is the key ingredient to living a successful life. We try to give our students experiences that they wouldn't usually have access to. One of the main experiences we give our students is the chance to perform at Hull New Theatre, a stage on which many inspirational people have performed. Ask any of our students who have performed there and they will tell you how magical and special it is to have that opportunity every year. We also do Annual trips to London to give the students the chance to explore new cities, culture and work with West End Stars. We also have a trip to New York coming up which has been partly funded by our parents fundraising team.
All these experiences will give our children not only amazing memories but an increase in confidence and a sense of achievement.
